When will I get my RaceDots?

We ship Monday - Friday, 1-3 business days after the order date (but typically same day). You will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with tracking number (and arrival estimate for domestic packages) when your order ships. Please enter your shipping info carefully, auto-fill is sometimes wrong and we are not responsible for wrong addresses associated with your order.

We are at the mercy of the shipping choice you make, we are not Amazon and USPS First Class can take much longer than you might expect.

Please check shipping time estimates with the US Postal Service. First class domestic orders typically arrive in 4-10 days however during busy times (holidays) shipments can take up to two weeks. **If you need your RaceDots sooner than two weeks we strongly suggest selecting Priority**. Domestic Priority service generally takes 2-3 days but is not guaranteed by us or USPS. International first-class packages take 2-3 weeks to arrive (sometimes longer depending on your country's postal system). International Priority takes 6-10 days.

*For both Domestic and International shipping, we cannot control in any way your order once it leaves our shop. Please realize that some orders get delayed, some get lost, some get hung up in customs, that is an unfortunate reality. We will do all we can to get your order to you however we are very limited in that ability once your order is out of our hands. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any order. If your order does not arrive after 20 days (domestic) or 40 days (international), only then can we file an insurance claim for it and ship you a replacement order.

Can I check on my order?

Our store at present does not allow you to create an account or check your order status, this is why you receive a tracking number with every order except orders which ship in an envelope (single RaceDots, ring magnets, stickers or the like). 

Where do you ship?

We ship to many countries, however we've recently had to change our shipping policies, suspending service to countries with unreliable delivery and/or where we cannot obtain tracking information. International customers may be required to pay additional VAT/customs charges/duties in your country when your order arrives. As every country is different, we can't tell you how much your VAT/customs charge will be. If you refuse shipment over these fees, you will still have to pay for any resultant charges and return shipping to us. 

What shipping method do you use?

We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer first-class mail (only to countries that provide delivery confirmation) and Priority. Bear in mind, shipping times are in addition to order processing, which generally takes 1-4 days. For larger and/or international orders we can offer UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Is shopping on your store safe?

Yes. We take protecting your information very seriously. You'll notice either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon and a URL with "https" on our checkout page. This indicates that the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is the industry-standard encryption technology when transferring and receiving personal information.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners. We do not currently accept Paypal over our website as it is not available on our current website platform. However, we have expressed to them that this is a desirable option for our customers and will offer it if it becomes available.
